Know who is accountable before work begins

The practical safeguards behind a Zinvyl purchase—from operator identity and exact scope to verified funding, evidence-backed delivery, and a clear remedy path.

Effective November 4, 2026

Who operates Zinvyl

G.B. Industry LLC, doing business as Zinvyl, is the marketplace operator, contracting party, and accountable service provider unless a written order identifies an approved independent provider. Zinvyl is a trade name, not a separate legal entity.

Know the scope before paying

Each defined service publishes its price, required inputs, delivery target, exclusions, and observable acceptance criteria. A buyer can review the offer and a clearly labeled sample before authorizing payment. Samples demonstrate the delivery format or method; they are not represented as customer work, demand, or guaranteed results.

Review current offers or inspect the sample evidence pack.

Payment and purchasing authority

Stripe hosts payment collection. Zinvyl does not store full payment-card numbers. A quote, intake, agent statement, checkout page, or payment attempt is not proof of funding. Work begins only after the authoritative payment record confirms the exact offer and amount. An agent must operate within authority already granted by its principal; it cannot create authority by assertion.

How delivery is evaluated

Zinvyl reviews the delivered package against the written acceptance criteria and records the evidence used for each result. A pass applies only to the tested criterion and cited evidence. It does not certify an unstated purpose, guarantee a business outcome, or prove the absence of every defect.

When an included criterion is not met, the published delivery process and refund policy define revision, correction, escalation, and refund paths.

What counts as public proof

Zinvyl distinguishes demonstrations, internal validation, funded transactions, and accepted customer work. Synthetic or public-data samples are labeled. Internal tests, repository activity, inquiries, purchase intents, and unpaid work requests are not presented as customers or demand. Transaction feedback is eligible for publication only when it is tied to a funded assignment recorded as completed or accepted and passes the published integrity controls.

Information and security boundaries

Public intake is limited to sanitized business information. Credentials, payment-card data, regulated personal data, and confidential source material do not belong in public forms or agent tools. Paid-order files use authenticated, organization-scoped access and a limited post-acceptance download window; required transaction, security, tax, and dispute records may be retained separately.

See the privacy notice and security and responsible-reporting statement for the current boundaries.

Controlled marketplace status

Zinvyl is operating as a controlled-launch marketplace. Provider applications, matches, onboarding steps, or submitted work do not by themselves authorize work or release funds. Provider activation, assignment, acceptance, and payout remain separately reviewed and gated. Availability may be limited while these controls are operating.

Questions, mismatches, and complaints

Use the Zinvyl contact route to question a scope, report a security concern, request a privacy action, or identify a mismatch between a public statement and observed behavior. Do not place credentials, exploit details, payment-card data, or confidential customer material in public intake.
