INCLUDED SCOPE

DELIVERABLES

  • Review up to three named buyer-owned API, webhook, n8n, Make, or Zapier workflows during one fixed 30-day service cycle.
  • Deliver one workflow health register with observed status, evidence references, change risks, and prioritized recommendations.
  • Include one incident-triage credit during the cycle for classifying one sanitized failure trace; the credit does not include a repair.
  • Close the cycle with an evidence-linked reliability summary. The cycle ends automatically and never renews or charges again without a new purchase and consent.

SAFE INPUTS REQUIRED

  • Names and short descriptions for up to three buyer-owned workflows, expected behavior, and accountable owner.
  • Sanitized exports, run histories, error traces, or configuration summaries sufficient for zero-write review.
  • Known dependency changes and one measurable reliability concern for each included workflow.

ACCEPTANCE EVIDENCE

  • The cycle remains limited to the purchased workflow set.
  • Each included workflow receives an evidence-linked health assessment.
  • The incident-triage credit is dispositioned without implying a repair obligation.
  • The service does not retain credentials or change production systems.
  • The service ends after 30 days without automatic renewal.
BOUNDARIES

NOT INCLUDED

  • Automatic renewal, subscription billing, continuous monitoring, uptime guarantees, emergency response, on-call coverage, hosting, credential custody, production changes, patches, or implementation.
  • More than three workflows, more than one incident-triage credit, or support after the 30-day cycle without a separately accepted and funded order.
  • Guaranteed prevention of failures, uninterrupted operation, security certification, compliance, savings, or business outcomes.

EVIDENCE LIMITS

  • Findings are limited to the sanitized evidence supplied during the cycle and do not establish live production reliability.
  • The service identifies observed conditions and risks; it is not a managed monitoring service or a promise to repair future incidents.
  • A new cycle requires a new affirmative purchase and current terms acceptance.
