SAFE INPUTS REQUIRED

  • Two or three representative freight PDFs: at least one normal case and one known failure or exception case.
  • A written description of the current workflow, involved systems, required fields, desired output, and approval rules.
  • A buyer contact authorized to resolve one round of intake ambiguities.

ACCEPTANCE EVIDENCE

  • The analyzed input set stays within the purchased boundary.
  • Every material observed field is dispositioned.
  • The supplied failure case is represented in the control design.
  • The audit makes no production changes.
  • Every promised audit artifact is present.
BOUNDARIES

NOT INCLUDED

  • Production deployment, production writes, live credentials, hosting, or ongoing operations.
  • Guaranteed extraction accuracy, guaranteed savings, guaranteed regulatory compliance, or guaranteed business outcomes.
  • Image-only OCR, more than three PDFs, multiple workflows, broad system redesign, or reusable source-code transfer unless separately contracted.
  • Legal, tax, accounting, customs, or transportation-regulatory advice.
  • Cash redemption, transfer, or combination of the $199 credit; the full $199 applies toward the related $499 audit, leaving $300, only when the same buyer funds the same-workflow audit within 30 calendar days.

EVIDENCE LIMITS

  • Existing automated tests demonstrate only the behaviors exercised by their fixtures; they do not prove buyer demand, profitability, or production performance.
  • Any synthetic reconciliation fixture is labeled synthetic and is not represented as a buyer document or production result.
  • Conclusions are limited to the supplied documents and stated workflow; unobserved formats, systems, and edge cases remain unverified.
  • A public listing, invoice, or purchase intent is not a sale; only independently verified cleared payment establishes authorization to start.
