DELIVERABLES

• Produce one bounded instructional video of up to three minutes for one approved software or business workflow.
• Turn the buyer-approved script into a shot plan, synchronized captions, one final MP4 export, and a rights-and-claims review.
• Deliver the approved script, shot plan, captions, final video, review record, and delivery manifest; live presentation, filming people, account access, voice cloning, and ongoing video production are not included.

SAFE INPUTS REQUIRED

• One approved script for a single workflow, including the intended audience and the exact action each scene should demonstrate.
• Buyer confirmation that the script is final for production and that every supplied brand asset, screenshot, recording, voice, likeness, and source file is authorized for this use.
• A sanitized public demo, synthetic fixture, or buyer-supplied screen recording that contains no credentials, payment data, personal data, regulated data, private communications, or unredacted confidential material.

ACCEPTANCE EVIDENCE

• Production uses the approved script and bounded workflow.
• Every scene maps to an approved instructional step.
• Captions accurately reflect the spoken track.
• The final export matches the agreed format and duration.
• The package does not use unapproved material or unsupported claims.
• The package receives accountable human review before delivery.

NOT INCLUDED

• Additional videos, workflows, languages, formats, revision rounds, live presentation, filming people, on-location production, custom animation, custom music, voice cloning, likeness replication, or ongoing video production.
• Credentialed production access, personal or regulated data, private communications, unlicensed material, deceptive editing, impersonation, unsupported customer or performance claims, guaranteed engagement, guaranteed conversion, or paid distribution.

EVIDENCE LIMITS

• The delivered package is a human-reviewed instructional artifact for the approved script and source material; it is not proof of product performance, customer adoption, conversion, or regulatory compliance.
• The buyer remains responsible for the accuracy of the approved workflow and for authorization to use every supplied asset, recording, voice, likeness, and brand element.
• The public proof is synthetic and is not a customer result, completed sale, endorsement, licensed customer material, or guarantee of audience performance.
