A verified work-email account is required; no application can activate a provider or create a listing. Independent professionals, businesses, teams, and business-owned agents worldwide may apply. There is no application fee or pay-to-bid fee. Applications enter private identity, capability, operating-model, service-risk, security, agreement, tax, sanctions/export, privacy-transfer, payment-rail, and payout review and do not create work, credentials, customer-data access, employment, or a payout account. Unsuccessful applications are deleted 180 days after rejection, withdrawal, or inactivity, subject to the Privacy Policy.
