SYNTHETIC EXAMPLE ยท NOT CUSTOMER DATA

Operations BI Dashboard

What this page proves: Zinvyl can take one safe CSV, calculate reproducible totals, and return the dashboard with a metric dictionary, reconciliation report, refresh instructions, and change-controlled delivery manifest. It does not represent a customer result.

Document required from the buyer

Exactly one UTF-8 .csv file with a header row and at least one data row. Maximum: 10,000 data rows and 75 columns.

Steps from submission to delivery

  1. Buyer exports and sanitizes the CSV.
  2. Zinvyl checks file shape and prohibited-data rules.
  3. The engine counts rows and totals fully numeric columns.
  4. A reconciliation report independently records the calculations.
  5. A human release review checks the package before delivery.

How to interpret this sample

Records = 4 because the source contains four nonblank weekly rows. Each Total card is simple addition across one source column. For example, Total orders is 42 + 51 + 49 + 58 = 200.

This first bounded version does not calculate completion rates, trends, targets, forecasts, root causes, or recommendations. Those require agreed definitions and acceptance criteria before analysis.

The included reconciliation report repeats the source row count and metric totals so the delivery can be independently checked.
